My daily life is very hectic, I usually wake up around 5:30 am and get ready for work. If I am having a good morning :) I am ready to head to work around 6:30 am. From there I work from 7:00 until around 5:30. My husband then picks me up from work and we come home. Typically I have a full schedule during the week after work. It varies from homework, football games for my brother and sister, house work etc. But I decided that I have been neglecting my relaxing time after work. So today I went for nice bike ride around my neighborhood :) I feel like it's been so long since I just relaxed and enjoyed myself.
Don't make fun of the bike- I have a handicapped dog who loved to go on walks, but now due to only having use of three of her legs, she can't. So we got this great bicycle so she can enjoy the walks still =)
I have forgotten how pretty sunsets are this time of the year and how peaceful everything seems to be. Life can get pretty hectic in the business world, but when you get back down to basics things can be very simple.
I never really took time to notice all the beautiful landscaping in our neighborhood that was natural! People go out looking for magnolia trees to plant in their yards and look at this one here! Just waiting for someone to move in next to it :)
A beautiful sunset
I also have not realized just how quickly houses are being built in my neighborhood! Just in the last 3 months 7 houses have been built!! That is crazy! But I was very sad to see the condition that some builders leave their lots. This one was covered with plastic bottles and harmful cleaning supplies. =(
If/when our neighborhood reaches maximum capacity, our developer has already made plans to expand and create a phase II. When this happens, all of the natural woods surrounding our neighborhood will be destroyed.
There are some effects to the changing weather all over, this tree stands out among some of the other ones who can withstand the changing conditions a little longer.
A natural palm tree in Tallahassee?!?!? Who knew??
